1. Place your order (please be sure to specify background color, font design and name in this order:

• 1. the name
• 2. Font (e.g. version 3)
• 3. Background color (e.g. color 5 or without)

2. Selection of photo: please ensure that the photo quality is very good (preferably 300 dpi) - a blurry photo also results in a blurry graphic!
3. Send photo by email to: roosgiftshop@gmail.com or upload here
4. We create the draft and send it to you for approval (max. three revisions possible!)
5. After approval of the design, your cup will be manufactured for you in Germany and shipped to you via DHL
